Laboratory Areas
The Luikart Laboratory is divided into areas for wet molecular biology and histology benchwork, viral packaging, purification, and stereotaxic injection, acute slice electrophysiology, and a custom Bruker two-photon microscopy setup.
Together, these capabilities provide everything needed to genetically manipulate mice and interrogate circuit formation and function using complementary molecular, imaging, and electrophysiological approaches.
